RETURN POLICY
We accept online returns for refunds only, no exchanges, within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact info@masterbeautyco.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is not provided unless the item was shipped in error or is defective/damaged. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or sent back to the customer. Items must be new, unused, in sellable condition, and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the approved return.
For shipping damages, contact customer service within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and package. Shipping damage claims can take up to 10 business days.
A 10% restocking fee may apply to select orders, except for damaged or defective items. Opened or used items that are not in sellable condition will not be refunded, and customers will need to pay for return shipping to receive their unreturnable items. For questions, email info@masterbeautyco.com.
DELAYED ORDERS
We are not liable for shipping fees in the event of carrier delays due to weather once an order leaves our facility.
DAMAGED & LOST ORDERS
Please check your package for shipping damage upon receipt. Master Beauty Co. is not responsible for damages caused by the carrier. Report damage within 5 days by emailing info@masterbeautyco.com with photos, your order number, and a description. Claims with the carrier may take up to 8 business days. Master Beauty Co. is not liable for lost or damaged items once in the hands of the carrier and does not provide reimbursement or reshipping for lost orders.
ON-HOLD ORDERS
Orders marked as “ON HOLD” are under review for security reasons. Possible causes include mismatched shipping and billing addresses, multiple purchase attempts, a flagged account, or flagged order quantities.
